I would like to be barefoot and pregnant making silly voices in a soundbooth for $$$. So I made this to help out with the latter.
Anyone interested in the anchor bag like Howard’s from today’s Who Charted can find them here: SandyBeeDesigns

Who Charted?: Live from SXSW 2013
Brooklyn’s Matt and Kim get real, become Howard’s wingman, and help countdown some charts in a LIVE episode from Austin, Texas! While counting down the Top 5 of Ten of Austin’s Best Songs Chart we hear about Matt’s first time in London, Matt & Kim’s stage acrobatics, and where they would have a statue of them built. We then find out which movie Matt has never seen as they count down the Top 5 Grossing Actors Chart. Plus, the audience dodges the darts that Matt & Kim throw as they play a game of Chart Darts!
Earwolf’s Who Charted? debuts on ANiMASHUPS Thursday! Watch them get animated with special guest Chris Hardwick AKA The Nerdist http://bit.ly/VPN_YouTube
Great story - and yes these two are the most awesome-ist people you’ll find in podcasting and comedy.
If you decide to try out stand-up, good luck and let us know how it went!

SXSW Ending - Day 4 & 5
So I didn’t write about day 4 or 5. Basically I sat in a room with some of the cast, director, and producers of Big As Spider and had a long conversation/interview with them. Then I went to the trade show and got free stuff.
But the last full day in Austin, I had the best most memorable night. I hung out with Kulap Vilaysack and Howard Kremer. They have a radio show called “Who Charted”. I mainly knew about Kulap because she was in The Office and Parks and Rec and a bunch of other TV shows (Children’s Hospital, Reno 911).
I was just so happy and having the time of my life hanging out with these guys. Howard.. they call him Kremer… Kremer talked to me about comedy after we saw his 15 minute stand up show. I told him that I’ve always wanted to do stand up, or at least try it. Obviously it’s not something I want to make a profession out of, I’m not that funny.. but it’s something I want to try and he actually came up to me and talked to me and just kind of encouraged me to try it.
But the highlight was getting to have a super long conversation with Kulap. I gave her my card and she asked me if I was really serious about this and then she gave me advice and literally just had this heart to heart about everything. It was by far the best network connection I’ve made ever. Not only is she just fucking awesome in general, I got to talk to her and tell her what I wanted to do with my life. I”m not sure if she remembers because she had a few drinks but still. It was the best thing.
I’ve always been 150% sure that entertainment is what I want to do with my life but after that I became like 348% sure and had validation for and from myself.
It was the best night and meeting Howard and Kulap was one of the coolest things I did that week. Along with getting to interview Paul Rudd and Olivia Wilde. I CAN’T WAIT FOR SXSW NEXT YEAR.
